Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 10:00am-4:00pm. Our Box Office is also open one hour before each showtime.
For most events, tickets are available at our Box Office, by phone at (814) 437-3440, or online, here. If tickets for an event are only available in certain ways (ex: by phone, at door, in advance), it will be noted on that event.
Tickets can be purchased and printed at our Box Office.
You will receive an email containing one or more PDF attachments that serve as your tickets. You can either show us the tickets on your phone or print them to bring to the event.
Your tickets will be mailed to the shipping address you specify at the time of your order. There is a $1.00 mailing charge.
Your tickets will be held at the theater for you. When you arrive for the event, just head to the will-call station at the front of our lobby.
Most of our events are reserved seating. The sooner you make a reservation, the better seats you can get. Although tickets for reserved seating can often be purchased at the door, availability is not guaranteed.
For general admission events, seating is first come, first served.
Ticket prices and discounts vary for all events other than FCOA productions.

$20 for adults
$18 for seniors (60+) and military members (including veterans)
$14 for children and students (through college with student ID)
Groups of 10+ save 15% on all performances
Educators save 15% on all performances
Families of 3+ save 10% on Thursday evening and Sunday matinee performances
Season Subscriptions are packages of FCOA productions, offered in 5-show or 6-show options for individuals and couples, with a savings of 20-25% compared to individual tickets. Each year, subscriptions become available around October for the next season, before individual tickets go on sale. This means that subscribers also get first-pick for seating.
Children over the age of 2 must have their own ticket.
No worries! If your tickets are misplaced, just let us know. We can resend tickets by email, reprint to mail them to you, or hold them at will-call.

Our main lobby and box office opens one hour before showtimes. Seating begins promptly at showtime.
Snacks and beverages are available at our concession stand and bar for certain events. Only beverages with lids are permitted inside our mainstage auditorium.
There are many great places in downtown Franklin to have dinner or a drink, including casual restaurants, fine dining, wineries, and breweries.
We strive to offer convenient and barrier-free experiences for all. Our facility meets all ADA standards. Accessibility seating and hearing aids are available for every event. Please contact our Box Office in advance to reserve seating or use of devices.

Metered parking near the theater is available along Liberty Street, 12th Street, and Buffalo Street. Metered parking is free after 5:00pm on weekdays and all day on Saturdays and Sundays.
